Insurance and Billing
A broad range of insurance and plans are accepted at our practice. Due to our participation in dental insurance, many patients will have lessened financial responsibility for treatment and services. Once treatment is delivered, our office submits the claims to your insurance company and processes payments accordingly. For services requiring a co-pay, payment is due on the day of service. Accepted forms of payment are cash, check and major credit cards.
A 5% concession is applied to cash and check payments on the day of service. Payment plans are available and can be arranged through the Office Manager. As a courtesy, pre-authorizations are sent to your insurance company to determine your level of coverage.
Under some circumstances, when coverage has not been determined, billing after delivery of service may be necessary. Please review our financial policy for more information.
Parents are encouraged to verify benefits with your insurance carrier. Services that are not covered by the insurance company are the responsibility of the parent/guardian. Contact our office at 952-941-7393 with any questions.
